Yasin Abubaker Al Hamed
Founding Partner
Yasin, the founder of Yasin Al Hamed Advocates & Legal Consultants has received his bachelor’s degree from Sharjah University in UAE. He has the right of audience and licensed to attend before Dubai and Federal Courts. Since his graduation he practiced law in some reputable law firms and corporations along with obtaining certain professional courses sponsored by UAE, GCC & Arbitration Centers. Besides that; he has participated as associate member in some workshops sponsored by Ciarb in UK. Continuously, he has gained in-depth legal knowledge by attaining a postgraduate diploma in international commercial law and LLM in International Business Law and Regulation from the north of England in Salford University. Simultaneously, he has also developed his skills business negotiations and alternative disputes settlement by obtaining courses from Oxford institutes that have proved worthy in his professional work experience. He has in excess of ten years of experience as a criminal lawyer and commercial litigator. His areas of expertise include civil law, commercial law, criminal law, employment law and real estate law.
Khaled Eid
Managing Partner
Khaled is the Managing Partner of the firm. He received his degree in law from Alexandria University, Egypt. He commenced his legal career at an Alexandria-based law firm and thereafter represented clients as a senior consultant in various law firms in UAE. Khaled is recognized in the business and legal community as a trusted and experienced adviser to individuals and corporates in civil, commercial, employment, construction and real estate matters. He also gained extensive knowledge and experience in ADR & Arbitration as well as the incorporation of business all around UAE. Since joining the Firm as a Managing Partner, he has made a valuable contribution in developing the Firm’s business, in particular, commercial disputes, arbitration, maritime litigation, companies’ bankruptcy proceedings, in addition to inheritance, and personal status matters. He is fluent in Arabic & English.
